Center He was 51 Mr Rosskopf was born Dec 18 1939 in New York City to John and Sarah Carroll Ros skopf The family moved from New York to Pelham and later to White Plains Rosskopf was edu cated in the White Plains school system or the past 27 years Mr Rosskopf was a senior coordina tor for the gas division of Consol i idated Edison Eastview of fice He married Carolyn Gabriele i on Dec 9 1962 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Elms i ford Mr Rosskopf was member of the raternal Order of Eagles Club in North Tarrytown and was president of the ather Son Bowling League at the Post Bowl in White Plains He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in White Plains In addition to his wife of White Plains he is survived by three sons Joseph Jr Keith and Brandon all of White Plains three daughters Dawn usca of West Harrison Christine Ros skopf and Gina Rosskopf both of White Plains a sister Anne Mc Donald of Dobbs erry and one grandson uneral arrangements are being handled by McMahon Lyon and Hartnett in White Plains Anthony Magaletta: former police officer Anthony Magaletta a for mer Yonkers police officer died yesterday at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern of heart fail ure He was 78 Mr Magaletta was born in Yonkers on eb 11 1913 to rank and Angelina Gallo Maga letta Mr Magaletta graduated from the High School of Com merce in Yonkers He married rances DeMita on Oct 15 1939 in the Church of the Immaculate Conception (St in Yonkers She died in 1974 Mr Magaletta served as a military policeman in England during World War II He left the Army with the rank of first ser geant When he returned to Yon kers he served as a patrolman in the Yonkers Police Department for 27 years He retired in 1962 as the superintendent of traffic Mr Magaletta was a member of the Yonkers Police Benevolent Association He moved from Yonkers to Indio Calif in 1977 and then moved to Chesnut Ridge NY earlier this year He was a parishioner of the Church of St Eugene in Yonkers Survivors include three sons Anthony of Congers NY rank of Chesnut Ridge and John of New Paltz NY a daughter Patricia lorio of Chesnut Ridge two brothers Philip of Eastchester and Mi chael of Sacramento Calif a sister rances DeMetry of Se pulveda Calif 19 grandchildren and a great grandson A sister Jean Zanzarella died earlier lower uneral Home Inc of Yonkers handled the funeral ar rangements Keith Nichols: operations manager Keith Nichols a Ro way ton Conn resident died Monday of heart failure at the Northern Hospital in Mount Kisco while visiting his wife after the birth of their son He was 32 Nichols was bom Oct 20 1958 in New York City to Ken and Lucille Badda Nichols He was the operations manager at the Private Satellite Network in New York City He married Shel li held in an internment camp with other Japanese Amer icans He later became a US citizen In 1948 he founded the American Buddhist Academy which published various Buddh ist works including his own He daughter Chandra Seki Harry Steinberg: financial planner Harry Steinberg a longtime Tarrytown resident and financial planner died Monday at his home after a heart attack He was 54 Mr Steinberg was born Oct 15 1936 in the Bronx to Paul Gary and Marion Kunet Stein berg He was raised and educat ed in the Bronx and graduated with a degree from the City College of New York He married Roberta Monds chein on April 15 1962 in the Bronx Mr Steinberg lived in Tarry town for the last 22 years He was co founder of Confi dential Planning Corporation in Hartsdale and president of the corporation for the Ithaca NY Mr Orr served as a first lieu tenant in the US Army Air Corps during World War II and flew missions in China Burma and India After 36 years of service Mr Orr retired in 1984 as a division staff manager for the New York Telephone Co in Manhattan He married Hannah Bertotti on Oct 22 1949 in White Plains Mr Orr lived in Pleasantville for the past 31 years He was a member of the Tele phone Pioneers of America the Pleasantville Tennis Club and the Tau Beta Pi honorary en gineering fraternity He was a congregant of the United Methodist Church in Mount Kisco He is survived by his wife
