inside the Doles Community Center would be fixed some people are accusing them of being full of hot air have babies that are crying and staff that are said Malika Maccabee director of a day care failure Saturday while visiting her son in New Jer sey She was 82 She was born in New York City on June 6 1907 to Robert McCart ney and Mary Elizabeth Shea Mc Cartney She attended New York City schools and was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mercy Church in Port Chester In 1931 she married Dr Do minick Petix in Connecticut He died in 1982 She is survived by her son Robert Petix in Scotch Plgins Vassallo served on the Board of Education of the Harri son public schools for 15 years and was president of the school board for eight years On Nov 28 1937 he married Katherine Peters His wife died in December 1977 In September 1983 he married Judy Markumas A member of the New York Bar Association Mr Vassallo was active with the Democratic Party in Harrison and was a member of i the Knights of
