Investigators said the group planned to force Alpert to withdraw the rest in person, and threatened to kill him and his father if he refused to cooperate.

They said Alpert spent more than 25 hours in the Eastern Parkway apartment of Luis Sanchez, 22, before he was released. Sanchez, who allegedly guarded Albert in the apartment, had his bail set at $100,000. Bail was set at $5,000 each for two 16-year-old girls who allegedly fed and cared for Alpert during his ordeal. Alpert was blindfolded, bound and taunted with the sound of clicking guns, investigators said. Police said they nabbed the crew with the help of bank cameras that caught them withdrawing Alpert's money.

Alpert talked his way to freedom by revealing he was a federal prosecutor and explaining how severely federal agents would deal with his captors if he were hurt. Irwin said several defendants made written and video-taped confessions, which are expected to be made public Friday, when they are all due back in court With Henri E. Cauvin By BARBARA ROSS Daily News Staff Writer A gang of Brooklyn youths accused of kidnapping and robbing a federal prosecutor at gunpoint bragged to their blindfolded victim that they'd pulled off other kidnapping "missions," officials said yesterday. The claim of similar crimes which cops were investigating was disclosed yesterday as a Manhattan judge ordered three defendants held without bail, and set bail at $100,000 for a fourth. "They are looking to see if they can tie them to any other cases, but they don't have any specific ones that they've linked them to at this point," said Lt.

Stephen Biegel, a police spokesman. Assistant District Attorney John Irwin said Terrence Agostini, 18, was the ringleader of the group that put Stanley Alpert into a 1998 black Lexus on 10th St off Fifth Ave. in Greenwich Village around 10:30 p.m. Jan. 21.

Irwin said Agostini, Wilbur Ford, 19, and Kenyatta Bandelf, 16, tookAlpert's wallet, demanded his ATM access code and other information, and used a car phone to transfer more than $50,000 between Alpert's accounts before KEANY Theresa.
