Managers and Rotary International He was born in Milwaukee to Horace and Bertha Tilton Packard He married Jean Eisenhower Palmer on Nov 10 1945 Mary Curtis of New Rochelle a homemaker and retired reception ist and former Larchmont resident died Wednesday March 5 1997 at Sound Shore Medical Center of Westchester in New Rochelle She was 76 Mrs Curtis was bom April 12 1920 in Brooklyn to Thomas and Anna Higgins Marks She attended Catholic schools in Brooklyn and received a nursing degree from Cumberland Hospital in Brooklyn She was a registered nurse at the hospital from 1942 to 1950 On March 14 1945 she married Dr Victor Curtis in Brooklyn He died in 1980 Mrs Curtis was a receptionist for Eco Leasing Corp of Larchmont from 1985 until last year She moved to New Rochelle two months worked as a Powers model During her years as a home maker Mrs Haviland had a con tinuing interest in helping the poor AIDS victims and the men tally ill family members said She welcomed lonely and disad vantaged people into her home they said She volunteered her time on behalf of AIDS patients at St Hospital in Manhat tan and the poor in Appalachia Muriel Agnes Haviland a long and the South
