Machine Gun Kellycandidly rapped about fiancee Megan Fox's pregnancy loss in his new song where he also revealed that he had a breakdown before tattooing the entire top-half of his body.

The 33-year-old pop punk rapper - bornColson Baker - released a new song titled Don't Let Me Go on Wednesday.

In the track the star made reference to Megan's, 37, devastating miscarriage as he rapped: 'How can I live with the fact that my hand wasn’t on her stomach when we lost the baby?'

Back in November the Transformers actress revealed her pregnancy loss in her poetry book Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.

She wrote about an ultrasound of a baby girl at 10 weeks and a day and says:'maybe if you hadn't... maybe if i had...'

She continues, 'I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh, but now / I have to say / goodbye,' and later adds, 'I close my eyes and imagine holding you tight against my chest as they rip you from my insides'.

Elsewhere in the book, she writes, 'I will pay any price. Tell me please / what is the ransom / for her soul?'

The couple have been in an on-again/off-again relationship since 2020, and the movie star said it was the singer -- real name Colson Baker -- that encouraged her to take pen to paper.

Although neither Megan nor MGK had confirmed the pregnancy loss until November, the 'Bloody Valentine' hitmaker did appear to allude to it at the Billboard Music Awards in May 2022, dedicating his performance to Megan and adding, 'This is for our unborn child.'

At the time during a Good Morning America interview, Megan said the pregnancy loss was made even more difficult as she had already successfully welcomed three sons with her ex ex Brian Austin Green, 50: Noah Shannon, 11, Bodhi Ransom, 9, and Journey River, 7,

Elsewhere in his new song MGK gave some context in his own words as to why he has tattooed the entire upper half of his torso in black ink - sparking concerns from fans.

In the emotionally-charged new song, the rapper - whose fiancée Megan Fox showed off a dramatic new look at the People's Choice Awards- hinted that he had suffered a 'breakdown' before getting the inking.

'Lately my thoughts eating me alive / laid in the bed thinking maybe the hate'll finally go away if I'm not alive,' he raps at the start of the song.

The performer then adds: 'Wish I didn't listen just like I wish they would understand me one time / I had a breakdown and tatted my entire body except one line / Everything's just fine.'

One concerned fan wrote after the release:'Literally the most gut wrenching heartfelt song I've heard in a long time.'

The rapper appears to be addressing the pressure in his personal life with regards to his relationship with fiancée Megan Fox, battling suicidal thoughts and dealing with the death of his father.

Kelly first showed off the inking in an Instagram snap on Tuesday - captioning the snap 'For spiritual purposes only.'

The black ink envelops his upper body, while a few of his original tattoos can still be seen through paneled gaps along his arms and within the cross symbol etched across his chest

The post comes after Megan recentlydebuted a new sleeve tattoo while attending aGrammysviewing party.

MGK also noted that the new ink required '44 needles' in an Instagram Story.

His tattoo artist Roxx toldTMZthat the rock star engaged in a 'spiritual consultation' before diving into the process.

During this session, MGK conveyed to her that his existing tattoos no longer resonated with his current mindset, calling them 'chaotic'.

The procedure seemed to be quite a formidable task, and Roxx mentioned that MGK was the 'toughest client she's ever had'.

She also said the process started in mid-December, with MGK consistently visiting her private L.A. studio four days a week for thirteen six-hour sessions.

The artist still has some work to go on the musician, adding that the project is 'one of the biggest she's done in such a short time.'

Roxx took to her own Instagram to share a different photo of her jaw-dropping work on MGK.

Echoing her remarks to the outlet, she captioned it, 'Made some art with @machinegunkelly Never met a tougher one.'
